A park use event permit for Mission Creek Regional Park, Kaloya Regional Park, Kopje Regional Park, or Bertram Creek Regional Park can be purchased online. Permits exclude weddings and wedding receptions. Food trucks are not permitted.
All event permits are subject to staff approval. Permit is limited to 75 people and valid for four (4) hours, including set-up and take-down.
Event permits must be booked at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date. Portable toilets may be required, with costs and arrangements the responsibility of the permit holder.
